Digitial Marketing Specialist

Job brief

Specific job tasks/responsibilities

• Interest in and ability to gain a deep understanding of the “life impact” of allergies on people and pets and the customer/patient experience and journey around allergy testing and treatment with immunotherapy.

• Understand target customer needs to be able to effectively market the company's capabilities to support growth

• Ability to design and test content marketing programs based on insights from analytics and experience

• Ability to understand key business drivers and to develop appropriate strategies to address specific business needs

• Provide strategy and program recommendations based on keen understanding of Human Subcutaneous Immunotherapy (SCIT) and Veterinary business needs

• Execute, manage, and optimize digital campaigns for both Human and Veterinary

• Monitor social conversations and engagement across all social networks and with multiple, different audiences (human HCPs and their teams, pet owners, veterinarians, and their teams)

• Establish and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other performance metrics from digital campaigns to adjust and optimize assets and campaigns to achieve strategic objectives 

• Coordinate and manage activities necessary to complete projects with IT teams

• Consistently display a can-do attitude and collaborate both in-person and remotely in a fast-paced environment

• Continually educate brand teams on new digital service features and functionalities

• Manage new and ongoing digital program updates with internal IT department

• Prepare and present reporting on respective social & digital platforms activity and progress to internal teams

• Understand and keep up-to-date on digital marketing tools, strategies, and tactics. Stay informed on best practices of social media platforms and other digital services

• Initiate materials review process with Medical/Legal/Regulatory teams and facilitate team meetings

Additional Skills

  • Basic graphic design experience (Photoshop/Illustrator) a plus
  • Experience with, Pardot, WordPress, and a broad range of digital and website hosting/editing platforms is desired
  • Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment with attention to details (both remotely and in-person)
  • Ability to leverage and engage others to accomplish projects
  • Ability to admit uncertainty but solution-oriented to find answers and ask others for info and/or help to continue moving forward and accomplish goals and objectives
  • Can pay careful attention to details and is thorough in completing tasks

Education requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a similar field preferred


Work experience requirements

  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience, with 2+ years executing content marketing plans to include best practices in social media, SEO, dynamic/video content, other digital applications, and editorial planning
  • Experience managing Facebook (incl. setting up and managing pages and groups), Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn & other Advertising, SEM campaigns, Display campaigns and other digital media platforms
