We are fundamentally committed to doing the right thing, to making good on our core purpose of enabling people with allergies to live normal lives – thoughtfully, responsibly and proactively. We are focusing on delivering sustainable value to patients, physicians and society. Our efforts include:
Putting patients first : we continuously strengthen our role as a partner to allergy specialists and patients, providing to increasing numbers of physicians our portfolio of communications, teaching tools and online resources to answer patient questions – and to educate themselves on the evolving science of allergy therapies.

Giving back to our communities : we are developing a strategic approach to charitable giving, which will both focus and formalise who we donate our time, effort and donations to – and how.
As an example : 235 of our employees in Lenoir, North Carolina came together for a Day of Service. All told, they volunteered more than 1,100 hours to 22 organisations across Caldwell County. Teams with the US organisation are taking it upon themselves to continue volunteering throughout the year.
Providing equal opportunities : Stallergenes Greer is an equal opportunity employer and strives to ensure there is no discrimination against anyone applying for a job or once employed. We welcome new employees into the Company regardless of their age, race, gender, disability, cultural background or beliefs and we ensure equal opportunities for everyone. We do focus very strongly on fostering our culture, which aims to provide all our employees with a supportive work environment that values diverse opinions and experiences, and enables individual, group and organisational success.
Environmental protection : we are committed to operating a sustainable organisation that protects our employees, the environment and the communities in which we live and work.
