Michele Antonelli joined Stallergenes Greer in 2015 and was appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2019, a role he held until 2025. He previously worked at UCB where he held roles of various responsibility and scope, most recently serving as Executive Vice President and Head of lmmunology Europe, overseeing the region’s commercial, medical, and market access activities.

Prior to joining UCB, Michele Antonelli spent 16 years at Merck Serono, ultimately serving as Senior Vice President and Global Head of Biotech Manufacturing and Process Development.

He is Swiss and Italian, and graduated as Doctor in Sciences from University of Bari. He trained in Biotechnology at Catholic University in Piacenza and at Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa.

In this role, she helped to lead the acquisitions of Radius Health and Paratek Pharmaceuticals. She sits on the Board of both companies, as well as that of Corium.

Nythia Desikan was the Chief Operating Officer of SionnaTherapeutics, a company focused on development of novel therapies for Cystic Fibrosis. Prior to this role, she was the Chief Commercial Officer of Rhythm Pharmaceuticals from clinical-stage start-up to approval of their first product. She joined Rhythm from Biogen, where in her 5-year tenure, she oversaw the launches of Alprolix® and Eloctate®. While with Biogen, Nithya Desikan also led the Tecfidera® global business and cross-functional strategies for long-term value creation as Vice President and Asset Executive. 

She began her career with 12 years at Johnson & Johnson Company, launching brands in the US and abroad including: Xarelto®, Levaquin®, Topamax®, Ultracet®, and Velcade®. She holds a BS in Material Science Engineering from the University of Florida.

Prior to joining B-FLEXION (formerly Waypoint Capital) in 2021 as Head of People, she was the Head of HR and Platform for Eight Roads (a PE Venture and Principal Investing platform focused on Technology and Healthcare investments) and Global Head of HR for Fidelity International. Ranjani Kearsley started her career as an analyst at Citi and has a degree in Economics and Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). She sits on numerous boards and is a Trustee Director of various charitable foundations.
